1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a professional account and using the services provided by ShopAyurveda.eu, you (the “User”, “Practitioner”, “Retailer”, or “Buyer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the website, including but not limited to:

  • Sale of traditional Ayurvedic formulations
  • Professional-only access to therapeutic use products
  • Prescription or recommendation services offered by verified Ayurvedic practitioners
  • Order fulfilment and delivery across the EU

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the site.

2. Platform Access and Eligibility

2.1. ShopAyurveda.eu is a B2B platform designed exclusively for professionals, including:

  • Certified Ayurveda doctors and practitioners
  • Licensed healthcare providers
  • Pharmacies and wellness centers
  • Distributors, wholesalers, and retailers

2.2. Access is granted only after manual verification by Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. Users must provide:

  • Proof of professional or business registration
  • Valid tax identification number (EU VAT number if applicable)

2.3. Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any account at its discretion.

3. Products and Services

3.1. The platform offers a wide range of Ayurvedic wellness and medicinal products, including but not limited to:

  • Classical oils, thailams, and ghritams
  • Herbal powders, capsules, and pastes
  • Nasya, lepa, and panchakarma tools
  • Personal care, skincare, and oral care items

3.2. All products are intended for professional use or resale. Certain formulations may only be sold to licensed practitioners or under special conditions.

3.3. Prescription/Recommendation Services:
Verified Ayurvedic practitioners on the platform may recommend or prescribe Ayurvedic products to individual patients via:

  • Secure practitioner dashboards
  • Direct patient order fulfillment
  • Practitioner-assigned discounts and commissions (where applicable)

All such services must comply with local laws governing medical advice in the practitioner’s jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

By registering and using the platform, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful, professional, and authorized purposes
  • Provide accurate business and registration details
  • Not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Not make false claims or represent products in a misleading way to patients or customers
  • Comply with all applicable national and EU laws, including those on product resale, therapeutic advice, and health product distribution

5. Order Placement, Payment, and Fulfilment

5.1. Orders may be placed online via the user dashboard. Once placed, orders are binding and cannot be canceled after shipment.

5.2. Payment methods include:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Invoice (for approved clients only)

5.3. Invoices must be paid within the agreed terms. Late payment may result in account suspension or interest charges.

6. Product Recommendations & Medical Use Disclaimer

6.1. While many of our products have therapeutic indications based on Ayurvedic tradition, they are not intended to replace medical advice unless prescribed by a certified professional.

6.2. Any advice given via the platform or by partner practitioners must be:

  • Within the scope of Ayurvedic knowledge
  • Legally permissible in the practitioner’s country
  • Fully the responsibility of the practitioner issuing the recommendation

6.3. Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. does not accept liability for the misuse or misinterpretation of any Ayurvedic product or protocol.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The platform, content, product designs, packaging, and all trademarks are the exclusive property of Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. or its partners.

7.2. Registered trademarks include:

  • Art of Vedas®
  • Nirmal Ayurveda®

7.3. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of the platform content or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1. User data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

9. Limitation of Liability

Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Misuse or unauthorized application of the products
  • Legal compliance failure by users in their respective jurisdictions
  • Adverse health outcomes not arising from product defects

In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in unethical or illegal practices, or compromise the platform’s integrity.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and, where applicable, European Union law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rijeka, Croatia.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on the platform and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
