Classical single-herb choornam made from the dried fruit of Haritaki. In Ayurveda it is valued to support agni (digestive fire), regular elimination, and balanced vāta. Bitter–astringent taste.
Ingredients
100% Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit powder.
Suggested use (adults)
½–1 tsp (≈2–3 g) once daily with warm water—often taken in the evening—or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Take other medicines 2 hours apart.
