Classical gulika (vati) prepared in the Kerala tradition. A broad-spectrum herbo-mineral formula centred on Śilajatu (Shilajit) and Guggulu, combined with Triphala, Trikatu (Pippali–Maricha–Śuṇṭhi) and supportive spices such as Musta, Vacha, Daruharidra, Chitraka, Ela, Tvak (ingredients may vary by batch). In Ayurveda it is used to balance kapha–vāta, support agni, and maintain harmony in the mūtravaha/medovaha srotas (urinary–metabolic channels).
Suggested use (adults)
1–2 tablets, 1–2 times daily after food with warm water or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
